Mercedes-Benz and Ducati have shared a fruitful partnership over the past year, and to celebrate their anniversary, the luxury motorcycle group and the luxury automaker have teamed up to show off the most power Mercedes-Benz ever- the SLK 55 AMG model- in tandem with Ducati's lightweight Streetfighter 848.

Both the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG and Ducati Streetfighter 848 showcase bright yellow paint jobs. Inside, the SLK 55 AMG showcases luxurious nappa leather with complementary yellow stitching and an AMG Performance steering wheel. Its exterior is highlighted by light alloy wheels, AMG exclusive body styling (including a special AMG spoiler lip) and two sets of chrome-plated twin tailpipes. To round off the theme, the AMG door sill panels are lit in yellow and include innovative LED technologies.

Despite the bright, sporty looks the Ducati Streetfighter 848  and the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG share, neither model was specially tuned for the show. But, they didn't need to be. The power both models hold is apparent in standard production models. The 500-lb Streetfighter 848 comes with 132 horsepower, and the SLK 55 AMG comes equipped with a breath-taking 422 horsepower!
